Nachos are a classic sharing dish to serve up when watching TV with the family. Take some Tortilla chips, add some salsa, guacamole and sour cream...maybe some cheese and jalapeño's or chilli. But why stop there? They can be adapted to your local cuisine by adding one or more ingredients...in this case Haggis! which is a great alternative to mince in Scotland. It adds a lovely flavour and texture to the dish that I think you and the family will love. Don't like Haggis? Swap it for Black Pudding. This may be a good way of introducing Haggis into your repertoire if you've never tried it before. It goes really well with the dips and is definitely a new favourite in my house. You can buy the dips etc but why not make them (-recipes on the website-)then you can truly adapt this to suit your families tastes. Why not give this a try and let us know how you got on in the comments below. We love to hear your feedback x
