Fresh Egg Noodles are great if you want a quick and easy lunch or dinner. They are the Asian equivalent of pasta so only require a few minutes cooking. The long flat strands of the noodles hold on to a sauce really well, and by adding a few extra ingredients you have a filling meal in no time.
I added some vegetables, some cooked meat (ham and chorizo) that needed using up, and some Sweet Chilli sauce (recipe on the website) and had a filling meal in under 10 minutes.
This can easily be adapted by changing the vegetables, or the meat and using a shop bought sauce.
This feeds 2 but can feed 4 by doubling up the ingredients.
Why not give this a try and let us know how you get on in the comments below. We love to hear your feedback. E x
