Slice your chicken into strips
Add the salt to the instant mash
Beat the eggs
Dip your chicken pieces into the egg
Then coat in the instant mash
Lay the chicken on a baking tray
Cook in the oven at GM 6 200c for 30 minutes
Whilst that is cooking stir fry your veg and chillies
Once the chicken is ready add to the wok and stir through
Serve with rice

No . The mash powder is just as a coating

How hot is this? I don’t mind a little kick but can’t take things very spicy!
Add only 1 chilli and remove the membrane if you don’t like it hot
