Heat grill to med/high
Cut each sausage into four.
Thread the sausages onto skewers with the onions, pepper and chorizo or bacon
Place onto a grill pan and cook under a grill for 10-15 minutes , turning frequently.
Mix together the oil, vinegar and honey to make a glaze and brush over the kebabs.
Put under the grill for another 2-3mins until golden and charred in places.
Serve with the savoury rice.
