Soak the joint to reduce the saltyness, pat dry and place in Slow cooker
Add lemonade and cook on low for 6 hrs
Remove from slow cooker and trim off the layer of fat then score the skin in a diamond pattern
Mix the cranberry sauce,mustard and vinegar together and spread over gammon
Place the gammon in the oven at 200° for 20 mns,
Serve with roast potatoes, and seasonal vegetables
