Make more than you need let cool and freeze them
Ingredients
4 baking potatoes mud free and dry
1tblspn rapeseed or olive oil
Tspn sea salt
Aluminium foil
Directions
Prick the potatoes in several places
Rub potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with salt
Wrap in foil
Put the potatoes into the slow cooker, put on the lid
Cook on High for 4 1/2 to 5 hrs
Cook on Low for 7 1/2 to 8 hrs
