A tasty quick colourful stir fry
Slice chicken on the diagonal.
Mix together the ingredients for sauce 1.
Marinate the chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Cut peppers into bite-sized pieces. Mixtogether with ingredients from sauce 2 and set aside.
Coat the marinated chicken with potato starch or cornflour
Fry the chicken in oil until done.
Then add the peppers and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Finally, add in sauce 2 and cook until it starts to thicken. Serve immediately.
