A couple of stale ish tortillas
1TBSP tomato base sauce
Grated cheese
3 slices of ham

I cut circular discs out of the tortillas and put them in the bottom of my muffin tray then put a tiny bit of sauce in the bottom

Place some ham on top and then a sprinkle of cheese - You can of course use any toppings you have

Then I baked in the oven for 10 minutes at GM 5 180c
