An easy meal you can adapt using anything you have in the fridge. Change the toppings for endless possibilities
Grill the wrap till crispy on each side
Spread 2 tbs of Passata till base is covered
Sprinkle herbs over
Add mozzarella torn into chunks
Add sliced mushrooms
Add sliced onion
Add sliced tomato
Add cooked chicken
Season with S & P
Top with grated hard mozzarella or cheddar
Bake for 10-15 minutes 180°

I make these using the gluten-free wraps from Sainsbury’s. These wraps (don’t know if it’s the same with ordinary wraps) need to be stabbed a few times with a fork before grilling otherwise they blow up like a balloon!
I also use the gluten-free wraps, grilled then cut up into pieces, when I fancy cheese and “biscuits”.
