Bacon, mozzarella and sundried tomato bread

1/2 pack of cooking bacon

Pack value mozarella

1/2 jar of sundried tomatoes

1lb bread dough

2TBSP ranch dressing (will add recipe seperately)


1Fry off your bacon bits and drain on a piece of kitchen towel

2Make up your dough until it's ready to prove

3Tear into chunks and then add your other ingredients

4Layer into an oiled loaf tin and cover with a warm damp tea towel and leave to rise for 1 hour

5Bake uncovered in the oven for 35 minutes at GM5 180c
