Yields1 Serving

 1/2 tin kidney beans
 1/2 tin borlotti beans
 1/4 red pepper
 1/4 green pepper
 1/4 onion
 3 tbspns red wine vinegar
 2 tbspn Olive oil
 1 tspn lemon juice
 Salt and pepper
 1/2 tin sweetcorn

Put the beans and sweetcorn into a bowl

Finely dice the peppers add to the beans

Finely dice the onion and add that to the beans

In another bowl whisk the vinegar oil and lemon juice

Season and pour over the vegetables

Stir to combine and chill
