A creamy chicken casserole

 1 onion diced
 2 garlic cloves minced
 350g mushrooms choppped
 3-4 chicken breasts sliced
 6 rashers bacon chopped
 100ml chicken stock
 1tspn English mustard
 350ml double cream
 Salt and pepper
 Oil to cook
 Chopped parsley

Heat the oil in a pan add the onions and garlic

Cook until softened

Add in the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes

Add in the chicken and bacon cook for about 10 minutes

Add the stock, mustard and cream

Season with salt and pepper

Combine really well

Cook for another 10 mins

Serve sprinkled with the parsley
