Chicken Supreme

A creamy chicken casserole

  • Yields: 4 servings


1 onion diced

2 garlic cloves minced

350g mushrooms choppped

3-4 chicken breasts sliced

6 rashers bacon chopped

100ml chicken stock

1tspn English mustard

350ml double cream

Salt and pepper

Oil to cook

Chopped parsley


1Heat the oil in a pan add the onions and garlic

2Cook until softened

3Add in the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes

4Add in the chicken and bacon cook for about 10 minutes

5Add the stock, mustard and cream

6Season with salt and pepper

7Combine really well

8Cook for another 10 mins

9Serve sprinkled with the parsley

To make this Slimming World friendly .
Remove all fat from the bacon
Fry in frylight
Use 1tspn mustard powder
Replace the cream with 250g quark
Mix the stock , quark, mustard and salt and pepper together then add to the pan
