Chimichurri Sauce

bunch fresh parsley chopped

2 -3 garlic cloves

1banana shallot halved

0.5 tspn oregano

0.5-0.75 tspn chilli flakes

2tspn red wine vinegar

2 Tblspn olive or rapeseed oil

Juice of half a lemon


1Put the garlic , shallot, chilli and herbs into a processor and blitz .

2Add in the lemon juice , oil and vinegar and pulse till combined

3Serve on top of your steak
