Penny2017-08-09T18:49:01+00:00 Total Recipe Views: 5,008 Dumplings By Penny Pastry English August 9, 2017 Use suet or butter for these Prep: 5 mins Cook: 1 hr 5 mins Yields: 4 or 8 dumplings Ingredients 4oz SR flour 2oz suet or COLD grated butter Pinch salt Tspn baking powder (totally optional but does help make a light fluffy dumpling) COLD water to bind Tspn mixed herbs ( optional ) Directions 1Put the flour , baking powder , suet ( or butter ) and salt ( and herbs.
