This also makes amazing truffles as well.

  • Prep: 15 mins


200g dark chocolate

200ml double cream.


1Bring a pan with a 3rd water to the boil

2Add cream and chocolate to a heatproff bowl and place ontop of the pan.

3Stir till its all melted together.

4Leace to cool.

5For frosting . Whip it up and add extra cream if to thick.

6Truffles. Leave over night in fridge then spoon mixture and roll into balls and cover in nuts, sugar or more chocolate

7Pouring ganache .. warm up till you can pour it.

Add some rum soked fruit, chopped nuts and dates for truffles.
