This also makes amazing truffles as well.

 200g dark chocolate
 200ml double cream.

Bring a pan with a 3rd water to the boil

Add cream and chocolate to a heatproff bowl and place ontop of the pan.

Stir till its all melted together.

Leace to cool.

For frosting . Whip it up and add extra cream if to thick.

Truffles. Leave over night in fridge then spoon mixture and roll into balls and cover in nuts, sugar or more chocolate

Pouring ganache .. warm up till you can pour it.
