Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

4 large flat mushrooms

2-3 garlic cloves peeled and finely sliced

0.5 bunch of picked thyme

A knob of butter

Salt and pepper

Directions

1Heat oven to 180c

2Step 2

3Pull the stalls out of the mushrooms ( keep them to add to another dish )

4Step 3

5Brush the mushrooms with kitchen towel to remove any dirt . Do NOT wash them

6Put in an oven proof dish , gills facing up

7Put the garlic slices in the gills , scatter over the thyme , dot with butter .

8Season with salt and pepper

9Bake for about 15-20 minutes

10Serve
