Honey , garlic and soy chicken stir fry

Yields1 Serving
 500g boneless chicken thighs cut into chunks or slices
 3 crushed garlic gloves
 A little vegetable oil
 2-3 tblspns soy sauce
 2 tblspns runny honey
 About 350g of vegetables ( use a bag of you like or chop some odds and ends )
 Rice or noodles to serve

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan , fry the chicken for a couple of minutes , stir all the time

Add the garlic and toss , now add the soy and honey . Stir to coat all the meat , cook for another couple of minutes until the sauce reduces slightly

Add in the veg and stir fry 2-3 minutes . You want the veg crispy not soggy

Serve on a bed of rice or noodles
