Honey Mustard Sauce ( for gammon )

1In a bowl mix the honey , mustard , lemon juice , 4 tblspn of juice a little black pepper and the cornflour

2brush liberally on your steaks before and during cooking

3When the gammon is cooked put the sauce in the pan and heat gently , adding more juice to get a thick pouring consistency.

4Pour over cooked gammon and serve
