Penny2017-08-06T22:06:32+00:00 Total Recipe Views: 207 Marmite and cheese twists By Penny Pastry English April 7, 2016 Ingredients A block or sheet of puff pastry 2-3 tspns of marmite Splash of boiled water 75g finely grated hard cheese ( I used cheddar ) Directions 1Heat oven to 200c 2Roll out the pastry to about the depth of a £1 coin , or lay out the pastry sheet 3Mix the marmite with a little water and spread over the pastry . Sprinkle on the cheese . Fold one half over the other and press down well 4Cut into strips . Twist each strip then lay on a lined baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes .
