Marmite and cheese twists

Yields1 Serving
 A block or sheet of puff pastry
 2-3 tspns of marmite
 Splash of boiled water
 75g finely grated hard cheese ( I used cheddar )

Heat oven to 200c

Roll out the pastry to about the depth of a £1 coin , or lay out the pastry sheet

Mix the marmite with a little water and spread over the pastry . Sprinkle on the cheese . Fold one half over the other and press down well

Cut into strips . Twist each strip then lay on a lined baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes . Cool on a wire rack .

Serve as a snack or instead of rolls/bread with soup
