Marmite Glazed Chicken Thighs

8 chicken thighs

4 tblspns tomato ketchup

4 tblspns soy sauce

4 tblspns balsamic vinegar

4 tblspns honey

1 tblspns marmite

A little water

A handful of sesame seeds


1Heat oven to 160C

2Mix the ketchup, soy , balsamic , honey , marmite and 50ml of water together to make the glaze

3Put the thighs in an ovenproof dish

4Pour the glaze over the thighs turn them over to ensure they are all coated

5Bake for about 35 minutes , brushing every 10 minutes with the glaze

6Sprinkle over the sesame seeds for final 5 minutes of cooking

7Serve . Can be slow cooked but you won't get a crispy skin . Suitable for freezing
