Marmite Glazed Chicken Thighs

 8 chicken thighs
 4 tblspns tomato ketchup
 4 tblspns soy sauce
 4 tblspns balsamic vinegar
 4 tblspns honey
 1 tblspns marmite
 A little water
 A handful of sesame seeds

Heat oven to 160C

Mix the ketchup, soy , balsamic , honey , marmite and 50ml of water together to make the glaze

Put the thighs in an ovenproof dish

Pour the glaze over the thighs turn them over to ensure they are all coated

Bake for about 35 minutes , brushing every 10 minutes with the glaze

Sprinkle over the sesame seeds for final 5 minutes of cooking

Serve . Can be slow cooked but you won't get a crispy skin . Suitable for freezing
