Marmite Glazed Chicken Thighs

Yields1 Serving
 8 chicken thighs or 16 chicken wings
 4 tblspns tomato ketchup
 4 tblspns soy sauce
 4 tblspns balsamic vinegar
 4 tblspns honey
 1 tblspns marmite
 A little water
 A handful of sesame seeds

Heat oven to 160C

Mix the ketchup, soy , balsamic , honey , marmite and 50ml of water together to make the glaze

Put the chicken in an ovenproof dish

Pour the glaze over the chicken turn them over to ensure they are all coated

Bake for about 35 minutes for thighs or 15 minutes for wings, brushing every 10 minutes with the glaze

Sprinkle over the sesame seeds for final 5 minutes of cooking

Serve . Can be slow cooked but you won't get a crispy skin . Suitable for freezing
