Mustard steak sauce

200ml creme fraiche

2 tspn Dijon mustard

1 tspn seeded mustard

Pinch black pepper

Squeeze of lemon juice


1Combine the creme Fraiche , mustards and pepper in a pan , bring to a simmer

2Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and juice from rested cooed steaks . Serve
