2 or 3 eggs per omelette

Salt and pepper

A knob of butter for each omelette

Filling of you choice : cheese , ham , mushrooms , peppers etc


1Heat grill

2Whisk together 3 eggs , add seasoning

3If using mushrooms or sausage or peppers cook them

4Melt the butter in a pan

5Pour in the egg mixture

6As the mix starts to start , bring the outside of the omelette towards the centre with a fork

7When the base is cooked put the pan under a grill until set

8Put ingredients on top

9Fold over and serve

10This will give you a nice fluffy omelette .
