Omelette

Yields1 Serving
 2 or 3 eggs per omelette
 Salt and pepper
 A knob of butter for each omelette
 Filling of you choice : cheese , ham , mushrooms , peppers etc

Heat grill

Whisk together 3 eggs , add seasoning

If using mushrooms or sausage or peppers cook them

Melt the butter in a pan

Pour in the egg mixture

As the mix starts to start , bring the outside of the omelette towards the centre with a fork

When the base is cooked put the pan under a grill until set

Put ingredients on top

Fold over and serve

This will give you a nice fluffy omelette .
