Great in a homemade hamper

 50gsoft dark brown sugar
 200g icing sugar
 50g softened butter
 200g smooth peanut butter
 TOPPING 1
 50g crunchy peanut butter
 TOPPING 2
 200g milk chocolate
 100g dark chocolate
 48 peanuts or hazelnuts
 A few chopped nuts

Put all the ingredients for the base into a food processor and pulse until in looks like sand

Lay out 48 petite four cases on baking tray(s)

Add 1tspn of the base mix to each case case

Press the mix to form a base

Top with a 0.5 tspn crunchy peanut butter

Put the milk chocolate and dark chocolate together into a heatproof Melt the chocolate gently over a pan of simmering water. Stir

Spoon teaspoonfuls of the melted chocolate onto the top of each of the bases

Add a nut to each case and sprinkle over some choppped nuts

Leave to set
