Penny2017-07-12T20:58:53+00:00 Total Recipe Views: 527 Pizza Dough By Penny Fakeaway, Pizzas May 1, 2015 Ingredients 250g strong white bread or pizza flour 5g quick acting yeast 5g salt 1fl oz olive oil plus extra to drizzle 6fl oz tepid water Extra flour or semolina for rolling Directions 1Put the flour in a large bowl 2Add the salt to one side of the bowl 3Add the yeast to the other 4Add the Oil 5Gradually add in the water 6Mix all the ingredients to form a dough 7Turn out onto an oiled board 8Knead for 5-10 minutes 9The dough will be very sticky but work through it 10When the dough is smooth and elastic put it into an oiled bowl and cover with a damp teatowel 11Leave for at least an hour to prove 12Heat oven to 200C not fan and put in a pizza stone or baking tray to heat 13Divide the dough into 2 or 3 14Shape into balls 15On a flouredor semolina covered surface roll to desired size 16Top with pizza sauce and your favourite toppings.
