A pub favourite you can make at home

1kg Pork skin - Morrisons sell these

1 tblspn salt

200ml white wine vinegar


1Heat oven to 180c

2Cut pork into pieces

3Put in a large bowl

4Add the salt and vinegar

5Mix well and let stand for a couple of minutes

6Put the pork onto a wire rack sat over a baking tray

7Cook for 10-25 minutes until crispy and crackly

8Better quality skin will cook quicker

9Let cool l completely

10Store in an airtight container
