Pressure cooked buffalo wings

Easy to make

  • Prep: 15 mins
  • Cook: 35 mins

Ingredients

Chicken wings -as many as you want -tips removed and cut in half

1 cup ( measure from pressure cooker ) of hot sauce - you can use BBQ sauce

Equal measure of water

Directions

1Put all ingredients into a digital pressure cooker

2Stir to coat well

3Cook on poultry for 10 minutes

4Release the pressure manually

5Sit the wings in n a rack over a covered baking tray

6Switch pressure cooker to sauté mode . Reduce the sauce by half

7Heat the grill to high

8Brush the wings with the reduced sauce

9Put under the grill until the skin crisps and blisters

10Turn over brush the other side

11Cook as above and serve

I usually deep fry my chicken wings but I can’t stand the smell of fat/oil at the moment (or red meat for that matter lol) 🙂 will have to try them in the oven again since I have one that works now lol
