Pressure cooked buffalo wings

 Chicken wings -as many as you want -tips removed and cut in half
 1 cup ( measure from pressure cooker ) of hot sauce - you can use BBQ sauce
 Equal measure of water

Put all ingredients into a digital pressure cooker

Stir to coat well

Cook on poultry for 10 minutes

4

Release the pressure manually

5

Sit the wings in n a rack over a covered baking tray

Switch pressure cooker to sauté mode . Reduce the sauce by half

7

Heat the grill to high

8

Brush the wings with the reduced sauce

9

Put under the grill until the skin crisps and blisters

10

Turn over brush the other side

Cook as above and serve

    1. I usually deep fry my chicken wings but I can’t stand the smell of fat/oil at the moment (or red meat for that matter lol) 🙂 will have to try them in the oven again since I have one that works now lol
