Rice Crispy Squares (better than!)

A nice change to chocolate crispy cakes
- Prep: 5 mins
- Yields: 24 squares
1Melt the butter in a large, heavy-based saucepan over a low heat.
2Add the marshmallows and cook until they are completely melted and blended, stir constantly.
3Take the pan off the heat Add the rice cereal mixing lightly until well coated.
4Press the mixture into a greased tin
5Let them cool completely in the tin then cut into squares
