Slow cooked Chicken Teriyaki

3x chicken breasts

1/2x cup of sugar

1/2x cup low sodium Soy Sauce

4x tbsp cider vinegar

1x thumbsized piece of chopped ginger

2x chopped garlic cloves

2x tsp Cornflour

2x tbsp water


1Place chicken breasts in slow cooker.

2add soy sauce, cider vinegar, ginger,garlic and sugar.

3Cook on low for 5-6hrs

4Mix water and cornflour until smooth and add to slow cooker liquor .

5Stir till sauce has thickened.

6Serve with rice or noodles
