Penny2017-08-08T21:27:58+00:00 Total Recipe Views: 3,552 Sweet and spicy chilli chicken By Penny Chicken Chinese August 8, 2017 A tasty quick colourful stir fry Prep: 50 mins Cook: 20 mins Yields: 4 servings Ingredients 2 chicken breasts 1/2 red pepper 1/2 yello pepper 1/2 green pepper Potato starch or corn flour Sauce 1: 1 egg 1-2 tblspn siracha 1-2tspn grated ginger 4tspns mirin 2 tblspn soy sauce 1/2 tspn salt Sauce 2: 6 tblspn sweet chili sauce 2 tspn lemon juice 4 tspns mayonnaise Directions 1Slice chicken on the diagonal. 2Mix together the ingredients for sauce 1. 3Marinate the chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes. 4Cut peppers into bite-sized pieces. Mixtogether with ingredients from sauce 2 and set aside. 5Coat the marinated chicken with potato starch or cornflour 6Fry the chicken in oil until done. 7Then add the peppers and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. 8Finally, add in sauce 2 and cook until it starts to thicken.
