Sweet Potato chips

2 large sweet potatoes cut into chips

1-2 tblspns of oil ( or just use a spray )

Seasonings of you choice ( I like paprika )


1Boil the chips in a pan of water for 10 minutes

2Drain and allow to air dry

3Heat oven to 190-200C

4Put the chips into a bowl, add the oil and any seasonings ( if using ) and toss well to coat

5Lay the chips on a baking tray and cook for about 30 minutes until crispy

6Remembering not part boiling they will take longer to cook and crisp up
