Top bread, bagels or crumpets

 Can of drained tuna
 Tblspn mayo
 Tblspn ketchup
 Squeeze of lemon juice
 Pinch of chilli flakes or a squeeze of chilli sauce
 1 chopped red onion
 0.5 red pepper chopped
 Small amount of sweetcorn
 4oz grated cheese
 Finely sliced tomatoes
 Toasted bread or a toasted bagel or a toasted crumpet

Heat grill to high

Mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup , lemon juice and chilli.

Put the tuna , onion , pepper and sweetcorn in a bowl

Stir well to combine

Add the mayonnaise dressing and mix well

Put this on the toast, bagel or crumpet

Sprinkle over most of the cheese

Add the tomatoes and top with the remaining cheese

Put under the grill until golden and bubbling
