White chocolate and Oreo fudge

1 tin of condensed milk

1 tblspn liquid glucose

200g sugar

200g White chocolate ( grated )

7 Oreo ( or cheap equivalent ) biscuits broken into quarters

125 g butter


1Put the butter , sugar , liquid glucose and condensed milk in a heavy based saucepan

2Grease and line a square baking tin

3Over a gently heat melt the ingredients in the pan

4Stir frequently to prevent sticking

5When the mixture has darkened in colour and thickened ( probably a minimum of 30 minutes ) add in the grated chocolate and stir until melted

6When the chocolate has melted stir through the biscuits

7Pour into the prepared tin , mark into squares to make cutting easier and put in the fridge to chill overnight

8Keep in the fridge but remove from fridge about 10 minutes before eating
