This salami and goats cheese puff pastry tartlet recipe is quick and easy but has great results. I rolled out pastry to thickness of 10p coin
Cut it into rectangles and started assembly: Tom puree, salami, crumbled Goats cheese, then toms for garnish
I then folded over the edges of the pastry to give the appearance of a tart
Baked in oven at 200' for 15 mins
