A sweet and savoury dish
Heat the butter gently on a low heat in a frying pan
Mix the milk and eggs together
Dip the bread in the egg mixture and turn to coat both sides
Place in frying pan and gently fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, turning over and repeating
Take out of pan and place on kitchen roll to absorb any excess ,keeping it warm until all toast is cooked.
To serve- Place toast on plate,sprinkle over icing sugar ,slice strawberries and arrange, finish off with a drizzle of honey
