Pressure Cooker Meatloaf

Directions
Sauté the onions until soft and translucent
Allow to cool
Put all the meatloaf ingredients into a bowl and mix x really well
Make into a loaf shape and sit on a piece of foil .
Put into the fridge for at least 30 minutes , longer if you have time
Mix all the sauce ingredients and heat gently for r 5 minutes
Add water to the minimum line of the inner pot of your pressure cooker
Sit the meatloaf on a trivet in the pressure cooker . Brush over half of the sauce
Put on the lid , seal the vent . Cook on steam for 30-35 minutes. Let the pressure cooker NPR for 10 minutes , then carefully remove any remaining pressure
Remove the meatloaf , cover loosely in foil for a further 5 minutes . Slice and serve with remainder no sauce poured over
