Takeaway style Chicken Chow Mein
Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts
2 Medium onions sliced
0.50 tsp Salt
0.50 tsp MSG or 2dessertspoons light soy sauce
0.50 Pack of beansprouts
800 g Cooked and cooled egg noodles
Dark soy sauce to taste
A little oil
Directions
Poach the chicken breasts in s little chicken stock . When cooled slice them
Add a little oil to a HOT wok
Add in the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add in the salt and MSG or light soy sauce. Stir for 30 seconds
Add in the slices coed chicken and heat through
Now add the noodles and beansprouts,toss to combine .When warmed add the DARK soy , toss to coat.
Serve topped with sliced spring onions
