Hoisin Chilli Green Beans
Ingredients
250 g Topped and tailed green beans
2 Small onion sliced
2 Garlic cloves crushed
2 tsp Minced ginger
2 Small birds eye chillis
1 tsp Chilli oil
2 tbsp Rice wine
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
1 tsp Dark soy
Directions
Blanch the beans for 2 minutes, cool under running water . Drain
Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl
Add a splash of veg oil to a hot wok . Stir fry the onion for 1 minute
Add in the garlic and ginger
When you can small the garlic add in the beans . Stir fry until they start to blister
Add in the sauce and chilli.
Let the t bubble up
Once the beans are coated in the sauce veg pour into a dish and serve
