Double chocolate cherry Brownies
Ingredients
100 g Chocolate ( dark is better)
200 g Dark soft brown sugar
100 g Softened butter
2 Large eggs
85 g Plain flour
15 g cocoa
180 g Pitted fresh cherries halved
Handful white chocolate drops
Directions
Heat oven to 180c. Grease and line a square baking dish
Melt the 100g of chocolate. Let it cool slightly
Beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the eggs and beat .
Pour in the melted chocolate
Sift in the plain flour and cocoa.
Fold in.
Fold through the cherries
Pour into baking tin .
Sprinkle over the white chocolate drops
Bake for around 35minutes.
Allow to cool completely before cutting.
This should have a crusty sweet top and a gooey middle
