Takeaway style egg fried rice
Ingredients
8 oz Cooked cooled rice
SPLAsh of oil
0.50 mg MSG or 2 dessertspoon LIGHT soy sauce
0.50 tsp Salt
2 Beaten eggs
Dark soy sauce to taste
Directions
Add the dark soy to your cooked rice . Stir well to coat
Add a little oil to a HOT wok
Add the eggs and once cooked break them up , push to one side of the wok
Add the salt and MSG or light soy and cook for 20-30 seconds
Add in the rice . Mix through the egg . Stir fry until the rice is HOT and starts to jump
Serve
