Sweet and Sour Chicken

Chop your chicken and vegetables to a similar size
Put the chicken in a bowl and add the marinade which is the salt ,pepper , tspn sugar , light soy sauce and sesame oil.Toss to coat well
Let it sit for around 10 minutes
Heat the oil to 170c
Add the egg and massage into the chicken
Mix the tomato ketchup vinegar and sugar in a bowl and leave to one side
Add the cornflour to the chicken and get your hands in to coat each piece of chicken
Cook the chicken in batches for about 7-8 minutes until golden brown
Drain on kitchen paper
Pour out most of the oil and stir fry your vegetables for about 3
minutes
Push the vegetables to one side add in the sauce as the sauce bubbles toss the vegetables through it
Add the chicken back to the wok and toss to coat in the sauce .
After 2 minutes serve
