Often you will come across a cut of meat that you haven’t heard of before and therefore aren’t sure what you could use it for or how to cook it. There are many cuts of meat that aren’t as popular and therefore are a lot cheaper than the more commonly used cuts. With these handy guides I wanted to try and help you with this.   1. The pork and beef charts are missing the cheeks! These are the best parts because they can be slow cooked into oblivion do make either stew or chilli!
