Fresh to dried herb conversion chart

When looking through recipes (especially those by famous chefs) they ask for lots of fresh herbs that you probably won’t have access to. My mantra is that garlic is garlic it doesn’t matter if it’s fresh, frozen, minced or dried unless you’re in the market for a michelin star lol! So here is another of my handy charts with the amounts you will need!
