Often we come across recipes that look good and then when you have a closer look you realise it’s in cup measurements and you don’t know where to start with converting them. We get a lot of requests for help with this sort of thing so I have had a few charts made up that will hopefully help!
Excellent and very helpful chart. I have a couple of American and Canadian cookbooks and it is always a pain trying to convert cup measurements.
