Apple enchiladas

This apple enchilada dish is so easy and so tasty. People will be amazed at how good it is. Next time I'm going to serve mine with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

 200 g stewed apples
 100 ml water
 100 g white sugar
 100 g brown sugar
 100 g butter
 6 tortillas

Spread 1/6 of the apples along the edge of one of the tortillas and then tucking the edges in roll up

Place in a baking tray seal side down and continue with the other 5

Put your butter, 2 kinds of sugar and water in a pot and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and then simmer for 3 minutes.

Pour the sauce over the tortillas and leave to soak for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Don't skip this step or the tortillas won't soak up the sauce.
Put i the oven at 180c or GM 5 for 30 minutes

Keep an eye on them so they don't burn like mine did!
