Beef in Pepper sauce

MIx the wet marinade ingredients together and pour over the beef. Massage this into the meat . Leave to marinade for at least 1 hour
Sprinkle the cornflour over the meat , covering each piece
mix All the sauce ingredients together
Add some oil to the wok and when it’s hot fry the beef in batches for a couple of minutes each side . When cooked remove to a plate
Address oil if needed and when the wok is smoking add in the spring onions and ginger . Fry for a couple of minutes
Now add in the onions and peppers. Toss the ingredients well and stir fry for around 3-4 minutes
Add in the sauce and coat all the vegetables
Add the meat back in and stir fry for another couple of minutes
Serve on a bed of noodles topped with more spring onions
