Great little snacks or as a meal accompaniment
Steam the cauliflour until tender
Once cooked add to food processor until you have a purée
Add the flour, cheese, egg yolk and season and refrigerate for an hour at least. (You can try without this but the Colder the easier to make)
Form into desired shape and dip in egg and breadcrumbs
Cook - either shallow fry, turning to ensure golden all over or Bake sprayed with some cooking oil. Bake on 200 until crisp and golden
