Char Sui Pork
Ingredients
1 Pork fillet
2 Crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp Minced ginger
0.50 tsp Chinese five spice
2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
2 tbsp Light soy sauce
2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
2 tsp Tomato purée
4 tbsp Hoisin sauce
2 tbsp Honey
0.50 tsp White pepper
Selection of vegetables
Splash of oil
4 Nests of noodles
Directions
Mix the marinade ingredients together
Add the pork and massage the marinade in . Marinade for at least 1 hour
Heat oven to 160c. Cook the pork for about 1 hour . Use the remaining marinade to baste the pork . Turn it once during cooking
Cook the noodles
Heat the oil in the wok and stir fry the veg
Slice the pork
Toss the drained noodles with the veg
Serve the pork on top of the veg and noodles
