Cheesy Shepherds Pie

Yields1 Serving
 1lb minced lamb
 1 diced onion
 1-2 tblspn olive oil
 1/2 tblspn butter
 1-2 tspns finely chopped rosemary
 2 followers belt chopped cloves of garlic
 1.5 tblspns plain flour
 Salt and pepper
 1 tblspn tomato ketchup
 1 tspn paprika
 1/4 tspn cinnamon
 6oz chopped mixed frozen veg ( carrots , peas etc ))
 1/2-1 pint of stock
Mashed potatoes;
 1.5 lb peeled potatoes
 1 tblspn butter
 1 egg yolk
 2 tblspns milk
 2-3 tblspn cream cheese
 Handful of grated cheddar

Put the oil and butter in a pan

When melted add the lamb and onions and cook till the mince is brown ( about 10 minutes )

Add in the flour , stir well and cook out for about 3 minutes

Add in the seasonings , continue cooking for another 3 minutes

Add in the stock and cook for another 6-7 minutes , stirring well

Stir through the veg then pour into a baking dish

Boil the potatoes and drain

Mash down then mix in all the other ingredients

Top the mince with the cheesy mash, rough up the top six you get nice crispy bits

Heat oven to 190C and bake for about 30-35 minutes

Let stand for at least 5 minutes before serving with seasonal veg and gravy
