A decadent and tasty meal which is easy to cook
heat oil in a pan
dip chicken breasts in seasoned flour
fry chicken in oil for 3-4 minutes each side
remove chicken from the pan and add the onions for 2 minutes
add the garlic and cook off for 1 minute
add the cream cheese and stir through
add the milk and cream and stir through. bring to the boil then reduce the heat
add the chicken back to the pan, cover and cook for 7-8 minutes each side
check chicken is cooked through and then remove from the pan
add the spinach to the pan and allow to wilt
stir in the artichoke hearts and allow to heat through
Pour sauce and veg over the chicken
