Put all Ingres except jam and glacé icing into a bowl . Mix with an electric whisk until just combined
Roll out on a floured surface . Cut 24 round discs. Rerolling as needed.
Put on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes . Cool on a wire rack
When completely cooled sandwich with the jam.
Ice the tops and finish with a glacé cherry

Hi, could you suggest a gluten free alternative to flour and cornflour that would work? My husband has ceoliac disease so we have to be careful.
